The operators and maintenance people have recommended to Greg that he replace other scrubbers in their facility with these units, as they work well, are easy to maintain and control and basicly work away in the background with little need for attention.  Greg was very happy to find that these units are taking 98% of the particulate out of the vent system at a PM10 level, and that without any equipment changes these units can be adjusted to meet PM 2 ∏ levels, should the State of Kansas implement this tighter requirement.

Waclaw:

Maintenance and engineering has a flame cutting, welding and shot blasting operation and uses four DeVansco units strategically situated throughout the plant. The oldest unit was built in 1989 and still performs to this well to this day. These units work three shifts per day everyday. He is happy with the units and has contracted us to monitor and improve the system. He is planning on adding more production equipment and is adding another DeVansco to his operation.
